Wax Injecting

This is the first step for making an item for bulk production. The wax is injected in the silicon mold and is cleaned before casting .

Casting

The wax tree is set in the flask, to be heated in the furnace and the hot metal is poured in the flask to get the metal tree.

Filing

After casting it is filing of the metal . this is done with utmost care by our Craftsman.

Polishing

Another process before the piece goes for plating. We provide matte and shiny finish both by polishing.

Handmade Jewellery

Some of our samples are created with hand to give a more natural and handmade look and some goes for CAD.
